Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions in Greenville, NC is seeking a Filling Technician to safely execute pharmaceutical filling and packaging per cGMP. The role covers commercial, development, scale-up, and CTM packaging with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

Shift is Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm, 100% onsite in Greenville, NC. The candidate will set up, operate, and change over packaging lines, document thoroughly, and support various filling technologies while ensuring Right-First-Time execution and safe

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least five years of pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging experience.
Experience with filling and packaging equipment in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Perform filling and packaging activities per batch docs, SOPs, and work instructions.
Set up, operate, change over, clean, and maintain packaging equipment and support line readiness.
Support various packaging and filling technologies as needed by business needs.
Identify abnormal conditions and escalate safety, quality, or production issues.
Perform in-process checks, inspections, testing, and equipment verifications.
Verify product/pack attributes and ensure Right-First-Time execution.
Maintain clean, organized work area; stop work when necessary.
Complete batch records, logbooks, inventory transactions, and forms per cGMP.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams; communicate issues timely.
