Job summary

WHC Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Lead Field Project Controls Analyst to support active construction projects in Beauregard Parish, LA. This field-based role leads the onsite project controls team and oversees progress tracking, cost reporting, forecasting, and change management to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The candidate will collaborate with Superintendents, Field Engineers, Project Managers and the Sector Project Controls Manager, ensuring accurate data, early risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of field project controls, scheduling, or construction management experience.
• 2+ years in a lead, senior, or supervisory capacity.
• Experience on large-scale construction projects (pipeline, civil, facilities, or solar preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite project controls team to track progress, cost, forecasting, and productivity.
• Prepare cost reports, earned value, and forecasts; support change management and billing.
• Review equipment, materials, and subcontractor records for accurate cost tracking.
• Mentor analysts, coordinate with schedulers, and promote a strong safety culture.
