Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking an onsite Facility Technician for our Lowell Facility. You will safely load and unload waste (including hazardous waste) from trucks and manage waste inventory using Triumvirate’s tracking system.

You will learn daily practices, packaging guidelines, and regulatory requirements, while communicating with facilities to solve issues and deliver excellent service. The role requires OSHA/DOT physicals, respirator fit testing, a valid driver’s license, and the

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn hazardous waste industry.
• OSHA/DOT physical examination.
• Fit tested for respirator and comfortable wearing respirator for multiple hours.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Manage waste inventory using Triumvirate’s waste tracking system.
• Learn and retain basic daily work practices.
• Familiarize with packaging guidelines and disposal facility selection.
• Understand OSHA regulations, Triumvirate’s Health and Safety Practices, Part B permit, and EPA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with facilities and colleagues to solve issues.
• Deliver WOW for internal and external customers.
• Become forklift trained and operate machinery safely.
• Handle hazardous chemicals and biological waste; wear PPE; safety sensitive role.
