Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Completion of DSS FSO training requirements for safeguarding facility – ISP certification.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, implement, and maintain a security program compliant with regulations.
• Provide briefings through public speaking and trainings.
• Protect PII and sensitive information with professional accountability.
• Apply physical and procedural security measures with minimal business impact.
• Prepare and protect official records auditable by government representatives.
• Maintain and evaluate industrial security program for safety and asset protection.
• Oversee access control and intrusion detection systems.
• Manage access for vendors, consultants, and contractors.
• Collaborate with Export Control, Facilities, and IT for policy optimization.
• Interact with senior management and government representatives.
• Represent facility to executives and government authorities on security matters.
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency responders.
• Develop and communicate revised policies and procedures.
• Develop educational programs and training for employees on security.
• Provide ongoing security education through briefings and newsletters.
• Manage foreign travel safety and reporting program.
