Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, operation, and cleanliness of the facility including buildings, grounds, and common areas.
• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and take appropriate actions.
• Carry out building cleaning operations according to ABB standards.
• Monitor parking, greenspace, and common areas for cleanliness and upkeep.
• Handle small routine maintenance tasks with general guidance.
