Job summary

J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. in Neenah, WI is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to keep our corporate campus safe, functional, and professional. You will troubleshoot mechanical issues, complete work requests, and support office remodels and moves.

Work includes coordinating with vendors, growing technical knowledge, and benefiting from a rotating on-call schedule. Starting pay is $23.50/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of building maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
• Post high school education in a skilled trade is a plus.
• Proficient in PC use and MS Office Suite.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and O&M manuals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain corporate campus facilities to ensure safe, functional environments in Neenah, WI.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and complete work requests; support office remodels and workstation adjustments.
• Coordinate with vendors to schedule activities and ensure quality results.
• Assist with associate moves, ergonomic adjustments, and general maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance on buildings, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related systems.
• Rotational on-call maintenance response during off-hours, weekends, and holidays.
