Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC in Idaho seeks a reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our properties. This full-time role covers a wide range of routine maintenance, seasonal tasks, and cleaning duties across buildings and grounds.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to use basic tools.
• Able to pass a background check.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Service all trash containers.
• Inspect and replace lights.
• Perform visual inspections of mechanical rooms.
• Minor mechanical maintenance.
• Maintain fountains.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior and landscape areas.
• Seasonal projects (watering flowerpots, ice melt, snow, etc.).
• Other routine cleaning and maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to Keystone’s Core Values, Mission, and Vision.
• Additional duties as required by supervisor.
