Job summary

Fireye, LLC is seeking a Site Facilities & EH&S Manager in Derry, NH. The role oversees on-site EH&S programs, facility operations, and maintenance, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Quality, HR, and Finance to proactively identify risks and drive continuous improvement.

The position leads environmental, health, safety, and facilities initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe operation of manufacturing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive facilities/EH&S experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of OSHA/EPA and local environmental/safety requirements.
• Experience managing contractors and facility upgrade projects.
• Strong root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations at the site.
• Maintain permits, filings, inspection records, and compliance programs.
• Develop and maintain EH&S policies, procedures, and training.
• Lead safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits; address hazards.
• Coordinate maintenance and facility infrastructure with Operations.
• Manage contractors and ensure safe, efficient project delivery.
