Job summary

NEW Solutions is seeking a Facility Custodial Worker-Groundskeeper (Onsite) for the ARS facility in Manhattan. The role involves custodial duties, grounds maintenance, and basic upkeep across six buildings and six acres. Training will be provided; safety protocols apply.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in cleaning services or a HS/GED, with proficiency in Windows and MS Word. This is a full-time, onsite position with a 40-hour week and a wage of $23.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Keep restrooms clean, sanitary and well supplied.
• Clean offices, storerooms, conference rooms and break areas; maintain floors and fixtures.
• Maintain lawns and gardens; operate lawn care equipment and snow removal tools.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks and assist maintenance staff as needed.
• Operate company vehicles and light equipment as required.
