Job Description

SUMMARY:

The Before / After Onsite Facilitator position is a part-time, grant funded position that exists on site at our high schools.This position is responsible for assisting After School Tutors with their tutoring caseload of scholars, however does not provide instruction to scholars.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides instructional assistance for After School Tutors that are working with scholars in need of academic intervention

Conduct 1:1 check ins with scholars related to work completion and progress on academic tasks under the supervision of After School Tutors

Collect student data and documentation, and track student attendance

Supervise scholars that are working independently on educational tasks assigned by after school tutor

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience working in a middle school or high school setting, or with middle – high school age scholars.

Knowledge of and ability to assist in supporting scholars with academic tasks involving reading, writing, and / or mathematics under the supervision of After School Tutor

Ability to track data and explain data
