Job summary

Legends Global operates the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville and seeks an experienced Manager of Events & Guest Services to lead all event operations, staff scheduling and guest services. This role oversees on-site execution, safety, and service excellence for concerts, sports and conventions.

The ideal candidate brings a track record in live events, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple shifts and departments under high demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in public assembly environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site point of contact to ensure each event runs smoothly.
• Coordinate with departments to align staff and event needs.
• Develop production notes and schedules for staff briefing.
• Inspect venue readiness and address issues during events.
• Collaborate with box office, finance, and operations to plan events.
• Create staffing plans and cost estimates and obtain approvals.
• Provide training and guidance to guest services and security staff.
