Selvaggio Steel invites applications for an Experienced Estimator/Project Manager to work in our Springfield office. This in-person role requires coordinating with engineers, architects, and production staff to prepare estimates and manage fabrication projects.

The position emphasizes multi-tasking, problem solving, and clear communication with clients, with a salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 and full-time hours. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with architectural and/or engineering drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or REVIT 3D modeling.
• Proficient with computers and engineering math.
• Must be able to multi-task and communicate with construction clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with engineers, contractors, architects and production staff.
• Consulting with industry experts to discuss cost estimates and/or manufacturing drawings.
• Using computer software to calculate cost estimates or document the fabrication process.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good project management and advanced analytical skills.
• Can follow through without direct supervision.
