Job summary

Petroplan is seeking a Technical Analyst for the Mining & Metals team in Winnemucca, Nevada. The role focuses on collecting, studying, and analyzing ES&H data to support continuous improvement across incident prevention, learning and development, and Six Sigma initiatives.

The position is 100% on-site with a 3 weeks on/1 week off schedule, 57-hour weeks, and per diem plus mobilization/demobilization and trips home covered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–12 years of relevant experience.
• Technical knowledge of computer-based training development software.
• Familiarity with ES&H learning and development systems and automation methods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ES&H program implementation and compliance with standards.
• Develop and maintain training, procedures, and documentation.
• Maintain ES&H databases including incident and corrective actions.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support training delivery and incident investigations as needed.
