Job summary

A leading recruiting firm is seeking an ERP Analyst to join their client in the Tampa Bay area. This full-time position requires a strong background in IQMS, production scheduling, and inventory planning. The ERP Analyst will lead initiatives to standardize processes and enhance reporting capabilities. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with familiarity in forecasting and MRP. The role will primarily be onsite with some travel involved.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with IQMS in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong background in production scheduling and inventory planning using the IQMS Forecast Module and MRP.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Forecasting experience.
• Injection molding or plastics experience is a plus, though not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to standardize and improve IQMS usage across multiple plant locations.
• Design and implement processes that utilize the sales forecast module to inform production planning and optimize inventory through MRP and related tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting capabilities using Crystal Reports.
• Drive continuous improvement of master data accuracy by coordinating data collection efforts and assigning targeted tasks.
• Monitor updates and enhancements from Delmia (IQMS), advising leadership on patch installations and upgrade timelines.
• Engage regularly with plant teams via Microsoft Teams and travel as needed to support project execution on-site.
