Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience cleaning floors to include striping and waxing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes cleaning of assigned area within allotted time and in a thorough manner.
• Polices grounds, removes trash, moves furnishing/equipment as required. Sets up rooms for functions.
• Completes appropriate paperwork to report maintenance problems or needed repairs.
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Cleaning floors to include striping and waxing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
