Job summary

Pace is seeking an Environmental Monitoring Systems Technician for an on-site role in Sheridan, WY. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and involves field work, data logging, and equipment maintenance to protect environmental health.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in equipment monitoring. Compensation starts at $23/hour with potential for growth based on experience and internal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, engineering, electronics, instrumentation, information technology, or related field.
• Two years of experience supporting equipment monitoring or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring practices, data integrity, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor environmental monitoring systems and identify outages or data gaps.
• Review and report air quality and monitoring data per client specs and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and support field and office staff on monitoring equipment.
