Job summary

Ferguson in Conyers, GA is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate to join our team. This onsite role supports order pulling, pallet building, and packing using stand-up forklift, RF scanners, and pallets, with a Monday–Friday 7:00AM–3:30PM schedule and overtime as needed.

Starting pay is $18 per hour, with potential for higher based on experience. Candidates should have 0–3 years warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs regularly.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and accident free.
• Adhere to safety regulations and wear PPE with weight considerations.
