Airline Hydraulics Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects from receipt to delivery and closure. You will autonomously manage scope, schedule, and budget, serving as the primary contact for customers and internal teams in a fully onsite role based in Bensalem.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be able to interpret instructions from multiple coworkers.
• Must be a team player.
• Reading hydraulic/mechanical blueprints is a plus.
• Familiarity with hydraulic machine parts is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or production office environment is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Mansioni

• Lead multiple engineering projects of varying values concurrently.
• Maintain understanding of contract scope and seek clarification when needed.
• Identify scope creep and request change orders with Sales before execution.
• Monitor and control project budget and spending.
• Serve as main point of contact with customer and internal teams.
• Coordinate meetings and publish notes to stakeholders.
• Define roles and responsibilities within the project team.
• Develop project timelines and full-scale project plans.
• Monitor progress against baseline and address schedule creep.
• Track deliverables and expedit e item delivery per schedule.
• Report status to stakeholders and ensure timely approvals.
