Job summary

Airline Hydraulics is seeking a Project Manager to oversee engineering projects from receipt to delivery and closure. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, acting with autonomy while coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and QA groups.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. This onsite role reports to the PM Manager and involves working in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to read and understand hydraulic and mechanical blueprints is a plus.
• Proficient with Monday.com, Word, Excel, IE, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering projects concurrently.
• Maintain familiarity with contract scope and obtain clarifications as needed.
• Identify scope creep and coordinate change orders with Sales.
• Monitor and control project budget and spending.
• Serve as primary point of contact between customer and Airline Hydraulics.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and meetings.
• Define roles and responsibilities within the project team.
• Plan timelines using industry-standard tools and full-scale project plans.
• Monitor progress and flag schedule creep; ensure timely deliverables.
• Report project status to stakeholders and ensure information access.
