The Project Manager II leads onsite execution, collaborates with Site Superintendents, Architects, Engineers, Owners, and Subcontractors to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and safety standards.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, ESCO and lighting experience, and commercial solar project management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• ESCO experience required.
• Lighting experience required.
• Commercial solar project management experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and manages project schedules from initiation through close-out.
• Tracks earned revenue and forecasts costs with subcontractors.
• Leads subcontractor coordination and regular progress meetings.
• Ensures safety standards and compliance on-site.
• Delivers projects on time and within budget.
