KARL STORZ North America is seeking an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist (OES) to support advanced medical devices inside hospital environments.

This hands-on, customer-facing role provides exposure to OR, SPD and BioMed teams, offering a launchpad for long-term growth in sales, education and leadership within a global MedTech leader. Monday–Friday shifts are available, with relocation and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sterile processing, surgical technology, sales, or clinical environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration in fast-paced teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on, face-to-face support to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams.
• Set up and support video towers and integrated systems for procedures.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and coordinate instrument replacement.
• Transport, clean, sterilize, and prepare surgical instruments.
• Manage repair processes and track equipment status.
• Troubleshoot real-time equipment issues in the OR to support procedures.
