Job summary

Karl Storz Endoscopy is seeking an onsite Endoscopic Specialist to provide hands-on support to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams, ensuring proper use of equipment and readiness for procedures.

You will set up video towers and integrated systems, inspect, repair, and coordinate replacement of instruments, transport and sterilize instruments, and manage service transactions, while gaining exposure to cutting-edge technology and growth within our MedTech organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sterile processing, surgical technology, sales, or other clinical/medical environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in fast-paced service teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities; multitasking capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, face-to-face support to OR, SPD, and BioMed teams for seamless equipment use.
• Set up and support video towers and integrated systems for surgical procedures.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and coordinate replacement of instruments and equipment.
• Transport, clean, sterilize, and prepare surgical instruments for use.
• Manage repair processes, track equipment status, and facilitate service transactions.
• Troubleshoot real-time equipment issues in the operating room to support procedures.
