Job summary

Prattwhitney is seeking an End User Support Administrator II to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support in Midland, Texas. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, managing end-user devices, and documenting support activities. Candidates must have IT experience, a government-issued Top Secret clearance, and be available for shifts.

Qualifications

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance required.
• Minimum 2 years prior relevant experience required.
• Willingness to work shift schedules including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users.
• Assist with management and maintenance of end-user devices and applications.
• Document technical support activities and maintain accurate records.

Skills

IT experience working in an Enterprise IT environment

DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or CISSP preferred)

Experience with Microsoft Windows & Server environment
