Qualifications

• EMT certification (state or NREMT) and reciprocity proof.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Minimum EMT/911 response experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responding to emergencies efficiently and promptly.
• Administering basic first aid and medical support to patients in accordance with policy and regulations.
• Assessing nature and extent of injuries/illnesses to prioritize procedures.
• Communicating with medical professionals and treatment facilities for instructions.
• Communicating with client and site personnel about incidents and hazards.
• Demonstrating teamwork and understanding of coordinated efforts.
• Considering changing worksite environment and hazards to ensure safety.
• Maintaining quality, clinical standards at all times.
• Documenting findings and treatments clearly and concisely.
• Maintaining professionalism under stress and supporting safety goals.
• Assisting Site Safety Managers in maintaining a safe work environment.
