Pride Health is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative (EMT/Paramedic) in Fall River, MA 02720. This role emphasizes first aid, emergency medical response, and proactive wellness on the job site.

Responsibilities include injury prevention, medical record documentation, workers' comp management, and returning staff to work. Requires High School Diploma, BLS, and EMT/Paramedic certification, with preferred OSHA and wellness program familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• EMT or Paramedic Certification from DHHS or NREMT is required.
• Six months military experience as a Combat/Field Medic is acceptable.
• Athletic Trainer Certification is an alternative requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support for occupational and non-occupational injuries.
• Educate and engage associates to minimize injury risk.
• Document all medical records of care provided.
• Oversee workers' compensation and return-to-work processes.
• Submit daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Coach associates on safe work habits and at-risk behaviors.
• Maintain a clean medical environment and stocked supplies.
• Participate in First Aid, CPR, and AED training and certifications.
• Assist with drug testing protocols and emergency care delivery.
