Qualifications

• Valid licensure for the position
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to lift a 50 lb emergency bag
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on-site clinic
• Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s client and employees
• Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses according to the Medcor Care Protocols (MCPs)
• Build and maintain internal team relationships
• Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts
• Pre‑employment and post‑offer screenings
• Documentation of care using EMR and other tools
• OSHA record‑keeping
• Case management
