Job summary

Concentra is hiring an experienced Emergency Medical Technician for a full-time, onsite role at our New York clinic. The EMT will provide emergency medical care, triage patients, and support the client site with quality clinical care in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires an EMT license, CPR/First Aid certifications, and strong customer service skills. DOT/Non-DOT testing and ongoing clinical training are included to support patient safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• EMT certification or license is required.
• 3 years of 911 experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical and trauma care to patients.
• Triage and deliver urgent care following established protocols.
• Administer medications and DME as ordered and within state regulations.
• Maintain clinic equipment, supplies and patient flow; ensure HIPAA compliance.
