Job summary

Concentra is hiring an experienced and self-driven EMT for an on-site healthcare clinic in Wilmington, DE. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM, with a pay range of $24-$28 per hour.

The EMT will deliver emergency medical and trauma care, triage patients, and support rapid decision-making in a fast-paced clinic environment. Responsibilities include medication and DME dispensing, patient examinations preparation, testing, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have EMT certification and license
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience providing emergency medical care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical and trauma care to patients
• Perform triage and urgent care following established protocols
• Administer medications and DME as ordered by clinician
• Assist with DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing (training provided)
• Maintain and operate medical equipment and maintain supplies
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Communicate with treatment facilities for patient transfer
• Attend client safety meetings and wellness activities
