Job summary

Concentra is seeking an experienced Full-Time Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to provide on-site healthcare support at a construction-site clinic in Jersey City, NJ. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with potential overtime as the project expands.

You will deliver high-quality emergency and trauma care, perform triage, take vital signs, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure patient safety and compliant care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Nationally Registered EMT or Advanced EMT certification.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Credentials must meet state requirements and applicable regulations.
• OSHA safety certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Triage and provide emergency medical care per established protocols.
• Prepare patients for exams including vital signs and required testing.
• May perform rapid screening tests as trained.
• Coordinate with treating clinicians for additional care and referrals.
• Maintain supplies and clean, functional clinic equipment.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy throughout visits.
• Communicate with medical staff for further treatment instructions.
• Assist client with wellness activities and patient education.
• Attend client safety meetings as required.
• Travel minimal as needed to other sites or facilities
