Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking Test Engineers for a client in Plano, TX. These are entry level roles providing a great opportunity to launch a hardware engineering career. These are temp to hire positions. The role is Monday - Friday, 100% onsite.

This is a swing shift role. Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm. The Test Engineer will support new product introduction and manufacturing operations through the development, implementation, and optimization of test solutions for electronic

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Associate degree in electronics/EE required.
Minimum 1 year in Test Engineering or related role.
Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and test equipment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain test fixtures and automated test programs.
Evaluate and verify engineering design changes and process modifications.
Plan and track Design for Testability (DFT) requirements.
Analyze issues from prototypes to mass production and implement corrective actions.
Support installation and maintenance of test equipment including burn-in systems.
Verify test specifications, procedures, and requirements.
Execute product verification activities and prepare test plans and reports.
Review PWB test points to ensure adequate test coverage.
Analyze RFQs and develop test strategies for new products.
Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management to improve product manufacturability.
