Sol-Ark is seeking a Repair Technician to analyze, repair, and document RMAs, focusing on board-level and modular repairs without soldering. The role is onsite at our Allen, Texas facility with full-time W-2 employment.

You will perform replacements, connector checks, wiring harness repairs, and assembly rework on electronic and low-voltage systems, conduct testing, and log all activities. OSHA safety practices and precise documentation are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in electronic or low-voltage repair or related technical work.
• Ability to use test equipment to verify continuity, voltage and functionality.
• Knowledge of basic DC circuits and power system principles.
• Familiarity with OSHA and workplace safety practices.
• Ability to follow standardized repair procedures and document repairs.

Responsabilités

• Repair and replace components on electronic and low-voltage systems.
• Conduct electrical testing to verify repair quality and performance.
• Maintain organized workbench and log part usage and replacements.
• Document repair results and corrective actions in logs or databases.
• Provide feedback to diagnostics teams to improve repair accuracy and turnaround time.
• Follow safety and quality standards in all repair work.
• Perform related tasks as assigned.
