You are:

An experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician with backgrounds in business machine repair, printers, inserters, sorters, Tecnau equipment, or automotive repair industry, possessing strong troubleshooting and repair skills. You are energetic, self-motivated, and maintain a positive attitude. You are committed to championing new ideas, strategies, or concepts to ensure client satisfaction and business retention.

You will:

  • Proactively schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot customer-reported problems.
  • Monitor, schedule, and prioritize tasks to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and perform equipment upgrades and installations.
  • Manage a queue of calls to ensure timely contact with customers and quality closure of incidents within guidelines.

Qualifications

As an Onsite/Field Technician, you have:

  • At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical equipment.
  • Strong experience with electro-mechanical equipment.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in building and enhancing customer relationships.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to customer locations.
  • The ability to perform frequent lifting/moving of items up to 50 lbs. Are you willing and able to do this with or without accommodation?
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and different shifts with minimal notice.
