Job summary

SIRIS, LLC is seeking an Electrical Engineer Construction (Exempt) to join the VA Fayetteville project in North Carolina. You will serve as Design and Construction Manager, collaborating with VA staff to provide data, generate reports, and represent the client on major healthcare construction projects.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, at least six years of construction management experience, and familiarity with healthcare/federal projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; equivalent combos considered.
• Minimum of six years in construction administration/management.
• Experience in healthcare, federal, or institutional projects is highly desirable.
• PE or EIT licensure and CCM, PMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor project financial data, budget performance, and cost trends.
• Review construction schedules and support progress evaluations.
• Participate in progress meetings and support issue identification and resolution.
• Review testing, inspection, and QA documentation for compliance.
• Support claims administration, change management, and contract modifications.
• Review contractor work documentation and progress for conformance with schedules.
• Prepare analytical reports and program status documentation.
• Maintain tracking tools and reporting systems for program oversight.
• Advise leadership on construction administration best practices and compliance.
