Noveon Magnetics in San Marcos, Texas is seeking a hands-on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to lead and support occupational health and safety initiatives in a metal magnet manufacturing setting.

You will focus on employee safety, OSHA compliance, hazard recognition, and risk reduction, while contributing to a proactive safety culture on the plant floor. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and collaboration with operations and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years EHS in manufacturing.
• Experience with OSHA 29 CFR 1910 General Industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety inspections, audits, JHAs, and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Develop OSHA-compliant safety programs and training.
• Monitor OSHA compliance and company policies.
• Support hazardous waste management and chemical safety.
