Job summary

The EHS Coordinator at Eaton’s Fontana, CA facility will focus on environmental, health and safety initiatives, supporting MESH deployment and EHS systems. The role is onsite at the Fontana site and reports to the EHS leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field with relevant experience.
• 1+ year EHS experience in US-based role OR HS Diploma with 3+ years EHS experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and EHS data systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support EHS initiatives at the Fontana site, including MESH elements and EHS systems.
• Coordinate training programs and incident investigations; maintain EHS metrics and reporting.
• Partner with plant leadership to drive zero-incident safety culture and manage MOC processes.
