Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking an EHS Coordinator to actively support a safe and compliant industrial environment. This on-site role requires daily presence across shifts and close partnership with operations and maintenance teams to drive EHS improvements.

Responsibilities include training delivery, safety observations, and leading incident investigations while integrating HPI concepts. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and across functions.
• Manufacturing or industrial EHS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and reinforce Owens Corning's safety-first culture.
• Maintain onsite presence supporting 24-hour operations.
• Coach supervisors and employees through safety observations and risk discussions.
• Act as delegated decision-maker in absence of the EHS Leader.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including TPM.
