Job summary

Heartbeat Health is seeking an experienced Echo Technologist to perform on-site transthoracic echocardiograms for patients in partnership with clients. The role operates within our virtual-first cardiovascular care model and requires travel to multiple locations. This is a 1099 contractor position approx.

Qualifications

Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer credential.
Accredited 2-year degree in Allied Health/Nursing or Ultrasound Technology.
Minimum 2 years clinical echocardiography experience.
Subject matter expert in transthoracic echocardiography.
Proficient in English for patient communication.
Strong customer service and bedside manner.
Forward-thinking, tech-savvy and team-oriented.
Ability to perform exams independently with minimal direction.
Knowledge of Studycast preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Independently perform complete transthoracic echocardiograms.
Perform exams efficiently and timely.
Follow standard protocols for accurate studies.
Attend monthly team meetings and educational sessions.
Travel to multiple locations to perform echos onsite.
