Job summary

Common Threads Charitable Donation Services is seeking a friendly Donation Station Attendant in Acworth, GA. You will greet donors and help with donations while representing the charity with courtesy and respect.

Shifts run Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The role requires standing 6–8 hours, the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and strong communication and teamwork skills. High school diploma or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand 6–8 hours daily and lift up to 35 pounds.

Hours: Saturday & Sunday 9- 5:30

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet donors; deliver courteous and respectful service
• Assist with receiving and recording donations
• Safeguard donations until collected
• Maintain a clean and organized donation site
• Confirm that trailer has appropriate supplies
• Place any flags, banners, balloons or signage in visible, attractive manner
• Become knowledgeable of charity's purpose

• Ability to stand 6-8 hours per day, bending frequently
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
• Good communication skills, oral and written
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Education, Experience, Training Required
