Job summary

ROGERCO, Inc. seeks a videographer to develop impactful material for DoW clients in Dahlgren, VA. You will work within a fast-paced creative team on high-visibility projects, delivering broadcast-quality videos, b-roll, and social media content.

The role requires on-site work, quick turnaround, strong storytelling, and a valid security clearance. The candidate should be creative, adaptable, and capable of troubleshooting audio on the fly while collaborating with government partners and internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years related AV experience with scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, lighting, and producing audio-visual projects.
• US citizen
• Minimum Secret clearance or interim DoD clearance eligibility
• Experience with organizing, writing, storyboarding, shooting, editing, lighting, and producing AV projects with knowledge of photography and lighting techniques
• Proficiency with nonlinear editing, Adobe CC Production Premium, MS Office, AVS Video Converter, and Snagit10

Responsibilities

• Provide videography support for ~16 events annually.
• Produce and edit national broadcast quality videos and DVDs.
• Design motion graphics and illustrations for video products.
• Develop strategy and execution for video production requests.
• Handle pre-production, production, and postproduction tasks.
