General Dynamics Information Technology in Frederick, MD is seeking a Multimedia Specialist (Videographer/Photographer/Social Media) to create engaging photos, videos, and social content for public affairs. This hybrid role requires on-site work at Ft. Detrick three days a week and travel 10-15%.

You will partner with stakeholders, ensure branding, edit using Adobe tools, and post to DVIDS, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube. A 2+ year DoD media background and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in journalism, PR, or related field.
• 2+ years of DoD media support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsabilités

• Identify program initiatives to produce photos and videos for public release.
• Provide photography, videography and editing expertise for stakeholders.
• Produce and edit multimedia for official websites and social media.
• Coordinate with Public Affairs to sync branding and messaging.
• Upload content to DVIDS and social platforms; track distribution.
• Prepare content for trade shows and conferences.
• Comply with federal, state, and local PA policies.
