Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Software Developer to join our Belcamp, MD team. This onsite position supports Army PTSS, developing software across Windows and Linux, designing embedded software, and collaborating with analysts to meet user needs.

A DoD background and active security clearance are highly preferred. Responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, and deploying software, creating documentation, and ensuring cross-platform functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in DoD software support preferred.
• Experience with Java, Python, C#, JavaScript and Linux/Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining software for various engineering applications.
• Collaborating with analysts to understand interface requirements.
• Developing tools and interfaces and deploying software across platforms.
• Designing embedded software and systems, and testing operating systems-level code.
• Writing documentation including user guides and technical specs.
• Ensuring software meets user needs and quality standards.
