Job summary

SHR Consulting Group, LLC is a DoD-focused IT contractor seeking a Systems Administrator to support the ECGS environment at a government facility in the National Capital Region. The role covers administration, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of ECGS applications and related infrastructure.

The candidate will monitor system performance, troubleshoot messaging and routing issues, perform manual failovers, and ensure security patching and IAVA/STIG compliance in a secure DoD environment.

Qualifications

• Experience administering the ECGS application suite (large and/or small scale).
• Experience configuring ECGS tools: Service Desk, RI Router, DST (Data Secure Transport).
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and IIS; Windows OS hardening and security patching.

Responsibilities

• Operate and administer the ECGS application suite with high-availability performance.
• Configure ECGS/Mailroom Profile libraries and Message Center folders for advanced filtering.
• Manage ECGS tools and subsystems including Service Desk, RI Router, and DST configurations.
