Positions can be filled at the Junior or Associate level for a temporary on-call arrangement spanning up to six months starting January 2027. The role is onsite in Huntsville, AL or Orlando, FL and requires a Bachelor’s degree with 0–3 years of relevant experience, DoD clearance, and strong data-entry accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; additional experience may substitute for degree.
• 0-3 years of data analysis, data entry, database maintenance, or quality assurance experience
• Experience with Navy/DoD programs or government contracting preferred
• Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to maintain clearance required
• U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Extract, compile, organize, and clean data from government databases and source materials.
• Conduct data quality control, validation, and auditing across multiple systems.
• Perform data entry and maintenance of training, curriculum, student, and courseware records.
• Apply statistical methods to identify trends and outliers.
• Generate reports and visual representations of data insights.
