Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Training Program Specialist to design, deliver, manage, and continuously improve training programs across its warehouse and distribution operations. You will partner with operations leadership to ensure employees receive the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to perform at their best.

You will lead training initiatives, standardize processes, mentor trainers, and drive a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in training/learning and development or related field.
• Experience designing, delivering, and managing training programs across operations.
• Experience creating SOPs, job aids, and standardized training processes.
• Ability to measure training effectiveness with metrics and feedback.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve operational training programs for warehouse and distribution.
• Design standardized training materials, work instructions, and learning documentation.
• Conduct needs assessments and partner with leaders to identify skill gaps.
• Manage training records, certifications, attendance, and compliance documentation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Coach and mentor trainers; provide guidance and development opportunities.
• Utilize instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on learning methods.
