Fresenius Medical Care in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support dialysis treatments under RN supervision. You will assist with setting up and operating dialysis equipment, monitoring patients, recording vital signs and treatment data, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

This role includes patient education and collaboration with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CMS and state licensure requirements must be met or pursued as applicable.
• CPR certification is preferred for this role.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate dialysis machines and monitor patient vitals.
• Record treatment data accurately and report changes to the RN or supervisor.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and a clean working environment between treatments.
• Assist in patient education and support transitions between shifts.
• Assist in preparation and timely completion of treatment paperwork.
