Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor vascular access and anticoagulation as directed.
• Record treatment data accurately and timely in clinical systems.
• Collaborate with RN and team to ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy.
• Participate in CQI activities and infection control practices.
