Job summary

SES is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Architecture and a multi-cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle). The role focuses on modernizing infrastructure for resiliency, security, and cost efficiency while enabling seamless deployment pipelines.

The position is hybrid with on-site support as needed and requires candidates to be within 50 miles of Boston, MA or Huntsville, AL, with an interim Secret clearance to start and pro-active security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or related field preferred.
• Experience with AWS, multi-cloud environments, and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Support and modernize a multi-cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle).
• Manage and troubleshoot cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure security hardening and STIG compliance across systems.
• Provide operational support for production systems and disaster recovery.
