Qualifications

• One to three years of IS systems support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to assist with resolutions to issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for staff seeking technical assistance.
• Manage and prioritize the IT support ticket queue.
• Install, configure, and test computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring technical issues with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with users and IT colleagues to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Document support activities and maintain records of configurations, issues, and solutions.
• Uphold IT policies and ensure adherence to security and operational procedures.
