Job summary

Dyno Nobel is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for its new TNT facility in Graham, KY. You will lead strategic sourcing, manage full-cycle recruiting, and build strong relationships with local communities and educational partners.

This onsite role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or defense, and a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. You will drive selection, partner with managers, and promote Dyno Nobel's safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience; manufacturing or defense experience preferred but not required.
• Self-driven and proactive; able to develop sourcing strategies and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions.
• Proactively source active talent to fill roles on time and prevent disruptions.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
