Job summary

Quantum Sky in Washington, DC, seeks a Litigation Support Specialist to provide comprehensive litigation technology, eDiscovery, case management, and legal support services to federal government attorneys and investigators. The role spans data collection, processing, review, production, and archival of ESI with strict adherence to federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Experience in litigation support workflows and eDiscovery.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into technical tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end eDiscovery and litigation support, including preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis, and production of ESI.
• Support discovery across email, documents, databases, file shares, and mobile devices within federal requirements.
• Assist attorneys and legal teams with litigation technology and document management.
• Configure matters, workspaces, user roles, and dashboards in litigation software.
• Maintain documentation of collection activities, processing steps, and chain of custody.
• Develop training materials and user guides for attorneys and staff.
